The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, commonly known as the Evo, was a high-performance sports sedan celebrated for its rally-bred origins, robust turbocharged engines, and distinctive design. Spanning ten generations, each marked by technological advancements, the Evo series gained renown for its success in the World Rally Championship

Noteworthy features included an advanced all-wheel-drive system, aggressive exterior styling with aerodynamic elements, and powerful turbocharged powerplants, often paired with manual transmissions. The Evolution X, introduced in 2007 and produced until 2016, represented the final chapter, featuring modern design elements and advanced technologies.
